"Sarah,

Neely is a very smart boy!

Here he is with Bauer our 16 year old, my mother/his
grandmas legs, my bruins cap (Cam Neely played for
them) and sitting on (sisters) lap on his way home.
Love him to death."

"Neely is incredible. He already listens to us calling
and we're convinced he knows how to sit already. He
does all of his business outside and loves everyone
in sight."

"He is so intelligent, ill try to capture a video tonight.
Perfect."

knew how to sit, shake and roll over!

"Hi Sarah:

We have re-named Sweetie,
Josie...Her
nickname will remain Sweetie, because
that really does describe her...Thanks
again for making this happen for our
family.  You should feel great about this
placement.  This dog will be so loved....
Josie is training so well.  She has only
had one small accident which was really
our fault.  She whimpers when she needs
to go out and does her business right
away…this is unreal...She had a great
first night with us.  She hardly whimpered
at all and settled right in to our home...

...Thanks for making this possible.

Josie was seen by the vet today and he
was really impressed.  In addition to being
a vet, he is a long time owner of golden
retrievers and he thought she was
beautiful and really smart."
"…Thought you might love these….  We've never
had any misgivings about having two puppies, but if
we did, these photos would squash that thought!!
Jimmer is the one resting his head on top of
Kemba… I am finally able to tell them apart
instantly!
(By the way, you called it…. you were TOTALLY
right about their personalities!  Kemba, the lighter
one, is definitely more assertive… Jimmer will hang
back a little but then is right in the mix of things…
Together, they've charmed our whole community!)"
"We are kissing them over and over and over… Thank
you so much for the joy you've brought to our family!"
"The two boys are WONDERFUL!!!  They
are sleeping soundly and happily in the crate
together right now as I write… And so many
people have been so joyful to play with them
… We have so much enjoyed them already.
My own three kids are so very happy –
THANK YOU!!!  These photos aren't great,
but they indicate a little of the love and the
play they will get!"
Hi Sarah, Just a quick note to let you know how happy we
are with our little (big) girl.  We have named her
Mayci.  She
is just adorable and such a pleasure to have.  She has
adapted well from day one with us.  As you can see, she's
sooo much a part of our family..she's even waiting to eat at
the picnic table (her favorite place to sit)...She was a sinch
to train and has the best temperment we could have ever
asked for.  She loves our little yorkies, although sometimes
gets a little rough cause she thinks they're her stuffed toys
but its all in good fun.  I thank you for the opportunity to
have gotten her from you. I have also told everyone where
we got her so if somebody asks, I see you have another
litter coming, I will be sure to tell them.  Again, thank you and
I will send more pictures of her as she gets older.

Hello Sarah,
Just wanted to give you an update of
Emma and
send you a couple of pictures of her since she
just turned 7 months old. She doesnt like the
pictures much but i took one every week until
she was about 17 weeks and im so happy i did i
love looking at how she changed week to week.
Shes gotten very big and shes got all the typical
golden retriever features now. Her white spot on
her head is gone but she has some white on her
chest though. She's very smart and learns tricks
very quickly, She learned how to sit within the
first week and she also to lay down. Her being
smart and mischievous which is quite a
combination! She is beautiful and doing well and
we're so glad to have her. She has braught us
so much happiness to our family and friends.
We thank you so much for breeding such a
perfect healthy little girl. My parents may be
looking for a Golden Retriever in the future and
have given them your name since they
absolutely love their grand"dog"ter Emma. I will
recommend you to anyone else as well since
everyone loves her so much. Hope everything is
going well with your family and the dogs as well
as Emma's siblings, id love to know how much
they look alike. I will update you as she gets
older, congrats on the new litter you have
coming!

is worth a
thousand
words :)
"Hi Sarah:

I thought I would check in to let
you know how Josie is doing.
Attached are some pictures of
her first vacation at the lake.
She loved it.  We couldn’t get her
off of the dock.  She just loved
standing out there and looking at
the beautiful view and enjoying
the light breeze from the lake.
She also got a kick out of fishing
with my husband and daughter.
She did not take as well to
swimming, but watching her flop
around made for some good
laughs.  She’s only 7 months old,
so we know she will learn.

We put Josie through several
months of dog training and she
did extremely well.
We aren’t interested in taking the time
to show her, but we have been told that
she has the potential to successfully
compete.  She is very smart, and
equally mischievous, which keeps us
on our toes.

As you know, we were heartbroken
when our 14 year old golden died in
February.  While she can never be
replaced, Josie has filled a big void and
has made our family feel complete
again.  Thanks again for selling her to
us.  We love her."
Thought you might like an update… here are
Kemba and Jimmer at a bit over 7 months…
Kemba is looking up into the camera and
Jimmer is resting against him, as usual!  They
have been an absolute delight…. joyful,
rambunctious, and loving…. And fairly laid
back for 7 month old puppies!
"Nikki was spayed during the first week of November; I took your advice
and waited until she was nearly 8 months old.  Our vet's entire staff
adore her in every way -- her sweet & gentle nature, smarts, and desire
to please.  And THIS part is something you need to know: when I went to
pick Nikki up at day's end, Dr. Matz said that in all her experience, she
has NEVER seen such a perfect hip/pelvic area on a Golden.  Christine
takes advantage of the general anesthesia to thoroughly check her
patients' musculo-skeletal structures.  She used the words "impossibly
perfect", and stated that Nikki's hips are remarkable for ANY breed of
dog, but to see them in a Golden is utterly amazing.  She commented,
"Do tell your breeder that her responsible breeding has worked in
creating such healthy joints."

And so that's why I'm writing, to thank you for Nikki's wonderful hips, and
all the rest of her, too!"

(A Shianne/Chaz pup)
"She (Josie)is doing
very well, and growing
fast.  Her vet
appointment is this
week.  We are off to a
great start."
Hi Sarah,

It has been a long time since we last talked and I thought I would update
you on
Bruiser.  We adopted Bruiser last March and love him to pieces.
He has brought so much joy to our family.  He has truly lived up to his
name too!  He loves to fetch and retrieves EVERYTHING he can find.  He
is full of energy but loves to have his tummy rubbed for as long as we
are willing!

You came highly recommend from our friends (
Jasper's parents).  They
adopted Jasper in September 2010 and we were able to see firsthand
what a wonderful puppy and then dog Jasper has become.  Bruiser and
Jasper get together from time to time (Bruiser is the darker of the two).
Attached are a few pictures of them after they were playing (all covered
in mud after a winter thawing) a couple of weeks ago.  Bruiser cries
whenever Jasper leaves after their playdates!  They look and act so
much alike you can tell they are brothers even if from different litters!

Thank you so much!  Hope you enjoy the pictures!

p.s. Bruiser has kept the white patch on his forehead that he had as a
puppy!

(I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this picture!   These are 2
Jazzy/Tucker pups from different litters.  It also shows the
differences in color that can occur within a litter  -Sarah)
